Shipping Policy

Individual orders placed by 2 pm CST will usually be shipped the same day and should arrive within one week. Items shipped ground to MN, SD, ND, IA, and WI will arrive within 1-3 business days.

Freight orders will normally ship within one week. Sometimes as early as the next day.

Return Policy

We offer a 30 day money back guarantee and a lifetime warranty on all products.

If you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact us to request an RGA number and instructions on how to send the item(s) back.

Shipping charges are not refundable, unless the product arrived damaged or we originally shipped you an incorrect product.

Sales Tax

Sales tax will be added to MN shipments only. If you are a reseller in MN, sales tax is waived if you provide a current sales tax exemption certificate.
